Description
High performance 24 volt 450 watt electric motor made by Currie Technologies for electric bikes. Most Schwinn, Mongoose, e-Zip, & IZIP electric bicycles and scooters were manufactured by Currie, giving this motor great versatility.
The diameter of the outer case is 4-3/8" inches and the height of the whole motor is 4-1/2" inches from the bottom of the case to the threaded holes. 3-7/9" mounting hole circle (bottom three threaded holes).
Equipped with a gear reduction transmission, this motor weighs 5 lbs. and uses a standard bicycle chain.
This motor can be used for any custom project that uses a 24 volt system and a motor controller.
