The AO Scooters Epsilon Scooter deck is a good way to repair a seriously used & abused old deck, or you can use it to build yourself a new scooter to your personal satisfaction.
This slightly concave 4-1/2" x 20-1/2" deck is made of strong 6061 aluminum alloy, has a pancake-flat bottom to maximize the grind, and it comes with the flex brake. It comes in a two-tone black/white that looks really good.
Add a fork, bars, a headset, & wheels and you're good to go.
