Just as expected, perfect match to replace broken shifter

It is easy to replace, there is a video on you tube to follow. Only one suggestion, DO NOT CUT THE CABLE TO YOUR REQUIRED LENGTH UNTIL IT IS FULLY FED THRU. I pre trimmed it and 2 of the threads would not fit thru the small opening, had to cut them away as I inserted it. Took much longer to do.
