Description

This high capacity battery box fits the ActiveCare or Drive Medical Spitfire EX 1420, and Drive Medical also uses it on the Extended Range version of the Spitfire Pro SE scooter.

Order the box alone or with batteries installed and pre-wired for plug-and-play use. Choose 18 Ah batteries, or upgrade to 22 Ah batteries for about 22% longer run time. The 22 Ah batteries are the same size as the 18 Ah batteries that came with the scooter. Pre-installed batteries are airline-safe, spill-proof and maintenance-free.

Note: This battery box does not fit the ActiveCare Spitfire 1310 or 1410 scooters, or the Drive Spitfire Scout series.

The walls of the lower half were quite warped

The walls of the lower half were quite warped. They sort of came together when the screws were put in but they didn't mate very well with the tip half. The electrical aspect is good but the overall quality to me doesn't match the original box.
