Jet 1: Applicable to Serial Number J3927204001M10 and subsequent.
Jet 1 HD: Applicable to Serial Number J3927204001M10 and subsequent.
Jet 7: Applicable to Serial Number J1606804133M10 and subsequent.
Note: These caster forks are serial number specific. If your power chair was made before those listed above, or have lower serial numbers, then you will want the Caster Fork Assembly for Jazzy and Jet Power Chairs.
